My experience has been shaped through immersion in several contemplative traditions, extensive personal practice, transformational group work, and careers in technology, finance, business development, real estate, and organizational leadership. Together, these experiences have contributed to an approach that is both spiritually grounded and practically applicable to the realities of modern life.

Unity Church: Unity, a New Thought Christian organization, emphasizes practical application of Truth as taught by Jesus Christ, promoting health, prosperity, happiness, and peace of mind. Completed courses include Healing and Wholeness, History of New Thought and Unity, and Metaphysics 1 – 3.
Agape Spiritual Center: A global community dedicated to recognizing and nurturing the dignity and uniqueness of all people, Agape emphasizes universal spiritual principles and transformative practice. Completed courses include Practitioner Foundation, Treatment and Meditation, and Metaphysical Prosperity.
The Infinite Way: A 20 year study of Joel S. Goldsmith’s teachings on the Infinite nature of God and the spiritual potential of the individual, including over 1,100 hours of classes on tape and in groups.
World Community for Christian Meditation (WCCM): Fourteen years of practice in contemplative prayer and meditation within the Christian tradition, focusing on silence, stillness, and deep spiritual communion.
Zen Buddhism: Demonstrated achievement in deepening presence and insight through years of disciplined meditation, rigorous study of sutras, koans, and the sustained application of mindfulness in daily life. The practice cultivates steady attention, emotional equanimity, and clear embodied wisdom.
Christian Science: Christian Science emphasizes that all reality is fundamentally spiritual and teaches that alignment with divine Truth can bring clarity, health, and wholeness, providing principles for spiritual healing and insight in daily life. Becoming a member of The Mother Church represents a significant personal milestone, reflecting full engagement with its community, study, and commitment to Mrs. Eddy’s teachings.
Way of Council: Carrier of Council - The Way of Council is an intentional group process rooted in ancient and indigenous practices, refined through traditions such as those cultivated at The Ojai Foundation. In a Council circle, participants sit together in a non-hierarchical space to share from the heart and listen from the heart, without judgment, interruption, or debate. The form is guided by agreed intentions , speaking authentically, listening deeply, expressing concisely, and responding spontaneously.
Additional Studies: Completed YogaWorks Teacher Training and engaged in extensive, intensive study of shamanic traditions and practice. These studies added significant depth in embodied awareness, energy, ritual, healing-oriented inquiry, altered states of consciousness, and the relationship between personal transformation, spiritual guidance, and lived experience.
